Since each product is made to order and personalized based on the photos you provide, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Non-Returnable Items:

All products sold on our website are personalized, custom-made, and are therefore non-returnable.

Order Modifications:

Once your order is placed, you may request changes within 12 hours. After this period, no further modifications can be made as we begin working on your unique design.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

How to Report an Issue:

  • Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to assist.
